New Boats

An exceptional opportunity to commence your cruising adventure directly from Indonesia, or alternatively, take delivery in Queensland later in the year.
Extensive photos and inventory list available.
Viva Lass was launched in 2002 and after a brief initial assignment in the charter industry became a
liveaboard cruising yacht in 2005 and has had only two owners since 2005. After fitting out with a
blue water cruising inventory in Rota, Spain, she crossed the Atlantic and spent a season in the
Caribbean. This was followed by a Panama Canal transit and a Pacific Ocean crossing via Tahiti to
Queensland. She spent several seasons sailing between Fiji and the East Coast of Australia before
sailing "round the top" to Darwin. Since 2012 she has been cruising the waters of Southeast Asia,
where a number of significant upgrades were conducted, including a new engine, new standing
rigging, B&G electronics, duplicate Raymarine electronics (2019), forward looking sonar, forward
looking infrared (FLiR) video with AR (augmented reality), VHF radio / AIS equipment upgrades, and
upgraded electrical system. Coppercoat antifouling applied in July 2023 allows for long periods
between haulouts.
The Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 473 is an award-winning design with proven blue-water capability and
excellent sailing performance. It features a large cockpit and a spacious, open plan saloon with linear
galley ideal for entertaining. In addition, the three-cabin / two-heads arrangement of Viva Lass has
immense stowage space, including a separate sail locker forward and two deep lazarettes aft.
