Catamaran Buyers!!! Grainger 433XC 13.36m (43`10") X 7.32 X 0.95 draft.
We have run out of superlatives, if you want to own what maybe the best composite built multihull in the Southern Hemisphere, you have just found it. The owner who had this cat built was fastidious and she is built to the highest quality possible. The Grainger 433XC is one of Tony Grainger`s best. Have a look at his website https://www. Graingerdesigns. Net/.
Built in 2007 and currently in the ownership of just her second owner, she has been maintained impeccably throughout her life and not over worked. New rigging last year and looking a million dollars. As the ultimate adventure cruising home, she has been designed with only two cabins giving the forward ends of the hulls over to huge bathroom showers and toilets. No pokey little bathrooms on this cat. The saloon table converts to a large double bed if you really want extra guests. She even boasts a domestic size washing machine/dryer. To complete the comfort list, how about full reverse cycle air con, leather upholstery, en-suited queen size cabins, a gourmet galley with galley fridge and separate freezer, and a cockpit fridge full of cold drinks. On the sailing side of things, Doyle main, headsail and screecher, 8 Andersen winches, and a great deck layout. Electronics include E120 plotter, 24NM Radar, ST6002 Smart pilot, 2XST60 wind, ICOM 505 VHF, ICOM M719 HF radio with AT130 Auto tune antenna. The davits hold the Swift 3m tender and the outboard is a 5HP Yamaha. And just in case you like long warm showers, and 1420 litres of water storage isn`t enough, there is a Katadyn 160 water maker which is powered by the Mastervolt 3.5KVA Genset. Extra power comes from a pair of 80w Kyocera solar panels. Engines are Volvo D2-40s with 3 blade Varifolds.
The Owner is asking $465,000.00 for this superb cat but will consider offers in the vicinity. Call Ian to arrange an inspection

From the Owner
Searching for the right boat can be a long and frustrating experience. Before purchasing Cat Man Do! we travelled widely, including overseas, before we found the boat we chose as the best around. The time line was over 2 yrs to find the right boat.
The boat fitted our needs for cruising up and down the East coast with the ability and potential to do overseas cruising.
Fit-out and boat construction are important factors in selecting a boat and Cat Man Do! fitted the bill well.
We were looking for a professionally built boat that had a pedigree and designer who knew about sailing and boat design. Grainger met these demands as an experienced designer for Australian standards and conditions with a pedigree that goes back many years.
We were confident that the boat would fulfill our needs and more.

The boat is a beautiful streamlined vessel that looks good when sailing and sails at good speed. It has a large carrying capacity with good sailing features and many on board facilities. Being a locally professionally built boat, with owner involvement, the quality of the build was assured. There are no creaking floors or lightweight compromises that weaken the strength of the boat as can be found on other mass produced vessels from overseas or ex fleet hire boats.
This vessel was built to very high standards for the initial owner who was emphatic about the build quality and material standards. This meant that we, as the second owners, benefitted from this and the high quality materials and workmanship that went into the build. - From the leather settee to luxury timber finishes.

With the build quality and high standard materials came an excellent service and maintenance history. The boat has been well maintained and serviced regularly which is something we have continued to uphold.
The boat has many fantastic features that make cruising so much more enjoyable and easier. The boat's ability to cruise quickly with a high payload and with a great ride make any trip a pleasurable one.
Two self contained cabins make travelling with friends or family much more satisfying. Crew can enjoy the space of their own cabin with their own ensuite and retreat to their quarters for leisure or an afternoon nap.

There are so many extra features on this boat which aren't all included in the extensive inventory attached. We have been discovering these as we sail the boat and appreciate these wonderful additions.
This vessel fit out is one of a very high standard with little, if any signs of wear and lots of real timber features. It has been maintained to the highest standards with regular engine, gen set and outboard services as well as rig inspections and antifouling each year.
I can assure any prospective buyers that you could jump on this cat and sail to anywhere in world in safety and with reliability and confidence.

If you are a serious "Cat buyer" I would recommend an inspection as you will not be disappointed.
