We have pleasure in presenting this exceptionally well equipped and presented Farr designed, Cookson NZ built Mumm 36.

Accommodation
There are table tops that can be fitted to each side of the engine box to make a dining table, using quarter-berth lower bunks as seats. There are 6 quarter-berth upper and lower bunks with cushions.

Mast / Rigging
04/03 a new mast by Scott Keogh to Kevin Costin specs with 22 degree swept back spreaders was fitted and moved 300mm aft of the original position. The rig has options of runners when using the larger square top mainsail or adjustable backstay with the pin-head mainsail. 2013 new Dyform wire throughout with single Dyneema backstay and runners for Square top main.
She was configured with an IRC Prodder for a top down furling MHO and A1.5/A3. Also with a carbon spinnaker pole for symmetrical spinnakers, stowed below out of sun.
Rig adjustment is easy. Apart from fully adjustable forestay, caps, lowers and intermediates, she comes with a mechanical mast-jack and shim set. A lot of attention has been paid to keeping this boat light. A carbon boom and soft vang were fitted in 2016, but in 2018 the alloy boom with 8 to 1 purchase and vang strut were re-fitted for ease of dropping the mainsail and reefing.
Deck Gear
6 Lewmar winches (ST42,43 and ST44); 5 Winch handles.
Remarks
In 2016 the underwater hull was stripped and faired and showed no osmosis and was antifouled with VC Offshore in November 2016. The deck was stripped, re-painted with Awlgrip; cabin windows were replaced, and the topsides were repainted with Awlgrip and adorned with the vinyl name in 2017.
